ATLAS Assault System (Mid Layer)

Introduction:The Mid Layer comprises of a one piece lightweight cut and flame resistant undersuit made from knitted DuPont™ Kevlar® whilst providing a high level of user comfort and functionality. When worn directly over the ATLAS undergarment set in a layering system The ATLAS DuPont™ Kevlar® Undersuit used in conjunction with other garments in the ATLAS range provides a high level of protection from the transfer of heat from Flash and Flame whilst also providing protection against cut and slash hazards from broken glass and other sharp objects encountered in an assault situation. This is due to the inherently flame retardant properties and high tensile strength of the Kevlar® fibre.

Knitted construction enables ease of movement and allows fabric to stretch.
Provides protection from Glass and other sharp edges
Inherently fire resistant
Simple neck line so as not to interfere with balaclavas and roll neck undergarments
Velcro wrist tension adjusters.
Encapsulated elastic waistband

Velcro fastened front opening.
