ATLAS Assault Coverall (Outer Layer)

Introduction:The ATLAS outer coverall has been designed with operator comfort and functionality in mind.  Every feature of the coverall was designed to perform in a specific way. Features such as integrated Dupont® Kevlar® anti slash protection in vulnerable areas provide extra operator confidence and comfort.Added features such as articulated arm profiles, shaped elbow pads, groin protection, sub-load retention straps, as well a redesigned hood providing excellent compatibility with a wide range of respirators combine to make the ATLAS Assault System the best on the market.

Features:

• Inherently Fire resistant DuPont™ Nomex III® outer shell in Black** or Navy Blue
• Sculptured double layer hood with Velcro® fastened volume reducer and adjustable elasticized rim via sliding toggle system.
• Clear windowed team I.D. Tags on rear of hood and upper arms made from inherently fire resistant PVC.
• Double layer knitted DuPont™ Nomex® cuffs and internal neck welt.
• Pleated back for extra movement and volume.
• DuPont™ Nomex® zip carrier with brass teeth and closure.
• One piece Velcro® fastened zip cover and neck fastener.
• Articulated arm profile to prevent cuffs riding up wrist and exposing unprotected skin.
• Shaped and sculptured elbow pad with internal 100% Dupont® Kevlar® 200g slash resistant fire felt to protect vulnerable joints and forearms.
• Clear windowed Identification and Information panel (I.I.P) is fitted to the weakside forearm so as any notes or photographs can be seen whilst holding a weapon in the ready position.
• An elasticized waistline is provided on the outer coverall to reduce excess volume; this is user adjustable via a sliding toggle system.
• Groin area is double layered and reinforced with fire resistant 100% Dupont® Kevlar® 200g slash resistant fire felt.
• Velcro® fastened sub-load retention straps are fitted to each leg.
• These provide a secure fixing for holsters and drop leg platforms, preventing twisting and movement vertically.
• Combined wide knee and shin pad, double layered and reinforced with fire resistant 100% Dupont® Kevlar® 200g slash resistant fire felt.
• Elasticized leg bottoms with lower covered leg zip; DuPont™ Nomex zip carrier with brass teeth and closure.
• Stitched entirely with DuPont™ Nomex thread.
• Wide range of pocket options for items such as First Field Dressings, First aid kits etc.
• Each assault suit is individually serial numbered and supplied with a certificate of material conformity to EN 533 :1995 (Limited Flame Spread) and an instruction/laundry record booklet.
